I realized that I generally only gripe about restaurants, so having eaten at Bloomingdale Cave several times, always with great service, food, cleanliness, etc. I thought I should say GREAT JOB! Exceptional service, quick and genuinely attentive, set the stage for a memorable dining experience. The abundance of delectable portions combined with surprisingly reasonable prices was just the beginning of our culinary journey. Every dish was a symphony of freshness and flavor, leaving our taste buds dancing in delight. For the first time in ages, the salt and pepper shakers remained untouched as each item was masterfully seasoned to perfection. The steak, tender and juicy, seemed to have been seasoned by culinary sorcery, while the chilaquiles transported us to a taste paradise unmatched by any other. The omelette, generously adorned with what felt like a bounty of bacon, left us savoring every bite. The skillet dish filled our hungry souls, and even the pancakes and French toast could have been devoured sans butter or syrup, such was their innate deliciousness. And the horchata? Well, it was nothing short of a masterpiece, perfectly rounding off our culinary adventure. As for those who nitpick about the decor, we say, "Who cares?" We recently visited a visually pleasing restaurant where the prices soared high while portions remained meager, and the taste was nothing more than average at best. In contrast, this gem of a dining establishment proved that true culinary excellence can be found where it truly matters - in the flavors and service that linger in your memory long after the bill is paid.

Absolutely hidden Gemini the town of bloomingdale , the ambiance is so Calming very relaxed atmosphere the service was amazing always attentive and very he food like your grandma made it lol so good and wishing everyone a very happy 2024

OUTSTANDING! The service was great...friendly, quick, and attentive. Generous portions coupled with very reasonable prices was just the beginning. The food was fresh and flavorful! The first time nobody had to reach for salt or pepper. The steak was tender, juicy, and well-seasoned; the chilaquiles was some of the best had anywhere. There must have been at least 2 or 3 pieces of bacon in the omelette. The skillet was filling. We could have eaten the pancakes and french toast without butter or syrup - they were that good. And the horchata was top notch. For those who criticized the decor, I say who cares?!? I recently went to a restaurant that looked nice but the prices were high for some of the portions and the taste was average to low average. We will be back very soon.
